I'Il See You Again, Soon: Private Gallery Night in Boston
Event description
Women of Culture is launching in Boston with a private gallery night at Abigail Ogilvy gallery! On Thursday June 9th, you are invited to join fellow art-full women for a private exhibition viewing, artist talk Curator-led walk-through, wine and mingling featuring the I'll See You Again, Soon exhibit.Â
The exhibit features the work of four artists: Mishael Coggeshall-Burr, Susan Murie, Wilhelm Neusser, and Natalia Wróbel; and pulls together their unique artistic styles, serving as an exploration of nostalgia and wistful reflection. Each artists’ work inspires a sense of introspection and examination of the transience of the past as they employ their own respective styles to capture a sense of nostalgia using color, collage, and photography to transport the viewer to a place that will only exist in memory.
We will hear from featured artists Susan Murie and Natalia Wrobel before heading to dinner at nearby Bar Mezzana. Please indicate when booking if you would like to join for dinner after the gallery portion of the event. NO food or drink are included in ticket price - all must be paid separately on-site/at the restaurant.Â
Full Schedule:
6:30pm | arrival/mingling
7pm | guided walk-through/artist talk
8pm | optional dinner at Bar Mezzana (currently full)
Tickets:Â $10 through 6/2; $15 thereafter.
