"Energy healing is a holistic approach where participants channel universal life force (or healing Energy) into individuals to help restore balance, promote healing, and eliminate blockages within the body. Any practice of Energy healing aims to restore and maintain flow, balance, harmony, and vitality during sessions. Energy Medicine encompasses various holistic healing modalities, such as Reiki Energy Healing, Light Therapy, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Thai Massage, Tapping, and more.
Accordingly, SCI-MAA is also an Energy Medicine practice in which the Guide focuses on assisting participants in achieving balance, healing, and the removal of energy blockages within the body.”
Sabine Leila Lepoultier

In SCI-MAA’s philosophy, firstly, trees are fundamentally important to understand the human body, and specifically subtle Energy movements. Secondly, there is not separation between Matter, Spirit, and Emotion. The body, the soul and all others subtle energies as the life force, the yin and yang primordial fields of Energy are interlinked.

This approach of different forms of Energy manifestations being interlinked can be found also in various traditions as in the Yoruba Traditions, in Africa. In the Yoruba tradition, there is no separation of the body, the soul, and therefore Energy fields.

Throughout history and across different cultures, many animist and religious traditions have utilised the Tree of Life as a symbol illustrating the link between the physical and spiritual realms, celestial forces, and the concept of rebirth. From Viking lore to Chinese beliefs, various societies have embraced the Tree of Life analogy in their religious practices, artistic expressions, and cultural narratives.

SCI-MAA is an animist practice. Animism is the belief that objects, places, and creatures all possess a distinct spiritual essence. Tree possesses therefore a spiritual essence; this spiritual essence is like the soul of a human. This spiritual essence is nourished by different primordial life forces or energies such as Yin and Yang Energies. In SCI-MAA practice, the human body is metaphorically likened to a tree, where its essence represents the soul, which is nourished by fundamental life forces and its manifestation in the material reality: the body. As for the tree, the body and its fields of Energy are sacred.
In SCI-MAA practice, the human subtle energy field operates in a manner like a tree’s energy field, but on a subtle energy level.

In this workshop you will engage in various self-awareness and expressive activities to rediscover yourself through the application of the SCI-MAA Tree analogy to understand the relationship between your body, mind, and emotions.

Each session will introduce to SCI-MAA as an Energy practice and guide you to release stagnant energy and explore yourself more deeply.

SCI-MAA® Sacred Guided Linguistic Dance® is a revolutionary holistic guided movement meditation and energy healing practice that brings awareness of the existence of a universal language of the body, we are all connected to.

Sabine Leila Laliya Lepoultier Touré, founder of SCI-MAA Practice, observed that there are "Five Primary Universal Movements" and each of these movements are based on what Sabine observed and called the "Five Primary Universal Intentions" found and utilised worldwide through dance, daily habits, and education. At times, these movements may not carry specific meanings for individuals. As people navigate their daily routines such as waking up, commuting, eating, drinking, praying, and going to sleep—these actions become second nature. She observed also that these universal movements align with sacred geometric patterns, serving as a universal language and are also indirectly linked to mythologies related to the stars, in specific cultures and traditions.

These five fundamental movements common across cultures are the foundation of the SCI-MAA Linguistic framework.

SCI-MAA Sacred Linguistic Dance® framework combines these movements with four Thematic elements and three Objectives, highlighting their connection to sacred geometry and ceremonial spaces: “Blocks of dance” with “Thematic“ and“ Objectives”, form the core of the Energy Medicine aspect of the SCI-MAA practice.

When a Block of dance (intention) associates to a Thematic (direction) and an Objective, a profound language is created. In SCI-MAA, it is called " The Sacred Linguistic Dance" and the practice considers it to be a "non-verbal" universal language that speaks directly to the soul. However, to make the language accessible to everyone. The physical language can be verbally translated.

There are five main "Blocks of Dance" in SCI-MAA. To express them verbally, they can be translated as follows:

"I am bowing to/from an Energy";
"I am healing others to/from an Energy";
"I am healing myself to/from an Energy";
"I am defending/attacking to/from an Energy";
"I am grounding to/from an Energy".

The SCI-MAA practice highlights that when the Sacred Linguistic Dance® is integrated into the SCI-MAA three-stage mindfulness meditation, this combination can positively influence the subconscious mind by:

Enhancing positive thoughts and emotions;
Boosting self-awareness;
Assisting in managing negative thought patterns;
Calming the conscious mind;
Enhancing intuition;
Reducing stress;
Fostering emotional healing.

There are three pathways for exploring the practice:

Sacred Ceremonial Structure: Unique and structured, including art performances, drumming, storytelling...
Group Workshop: Dynamic and adaptive. Art performance, storytelling are optional.
One-to-One Session: Personalised and tailored. No Art performance.

There are three Levels of SCI-MAA Practice:

Level 1: Introduction to SCI-MAA and its basics.
Level 2: Development of basics and space utilisation.
Level 3: Complete Guided Dance Ceremony (exclusive for Level 2 practitioners).

Please be informed that the practice encourages all participants to sit directly on the floor. Sitting on the floor enhances skeletal support, offers a stable base for meditation, and provides a grounding effect by being closer to Earth's energy.

Finally, the evening will conclude with some snacks, sharing, and socialisation. It will provide an opportunity to meet other attendees.

People with disabilities are encouraged to participate. Please inform us when booking your tickets so that we can arrange to provide the best possible service. This practice aims to embrace greater inclusivity. Your feedbacks will be appreciated.
