I N S P I R E - A Breathwork and Cacao Ceremony

This event is UNLIKE anything else! We weave together Cacao, ecstatic dance, breathwork, meditation, mantra and the communal space of vibratory healing into a beautiful and unique experience...

Come as if you are taking a Yoga/exercise class (ie dressed in layers), bring a Yoga mat and/or a beach towel, something to cover your eyes and something sacred to have near you if that calls to you. We will drink Cacao together with intention as we cultivate our energetic space before beginning on a shared journey of I N S P I R A T I O N, breath, letting go, dance, harmony and so much more that can only be described through experience. If you have been here before, welcome back! If this is your first rodeo... you're welcome ;)

Please wear white, or light colored clothing and come on a relatively empty stomach. The exact address will be sent out prior to the event.
