Event description
As part of Melbourne Design Week 2024, and under the theme of Design the World You Want, the North and West Melbourne Precinct Association is proud to be presenting IRREGULAR - a hyperlocal festival of ideas and actions for the community of people who live, work, and play in North and West Melbourne.
Tickets are for the opening night event of the exhibition including guest speakers and a showcase of local talent. Doors at 6pm for a 7pm start. Arrive early to view the exhibition before the speaking event starts.
The exhibition is open to the public from 10am to 6pm on Friday 24th May and Saturday 25th May 2024 and is free entry, with interactive displays and activities for all ages (including Design the Arden You Want... in Minecraft!).
Idea presentations and workshops will take place over the course of both exhibition days, with a special presentation by Elio Sarpi, the creative force behind Houses of North and West Melbourne, from 2pm on Saturday 25th May.
