I See U - Free Youth Week Event

Northern Beaches teenagers are invited to our free event to celebrate Youth Week 2024. 
You'll enjoy free "Kindness Tacos" courtesy of MOWANA, gain new experiences, and have the chance to win one of many prizes.

International youth ambassador and beaches resident Heather Miller will facilitate the afternoon with the support of local stars and guest celebrities. The event will deliver practical life-enhancing tools in a fun and accessible format, including:

Setting healthy boundaries
Managing social anxiety
The importance of connection 
How to manage your nervous system
Finding the fun in challenges
What science tells us about food and brain health

MOWANA is a Northern Beaches community organisation operating a safe space from the Mind Cafe in Narrabeen. Our volunteers care about our community. We are running this youth week event because we believe a new story around mental health and happiness can be told to our youth. This is a story of empowerment, hope and community. 

Tickets are free, but we invite you to register so we can ensure there is enough food.
