"I See You" Yoga Workshop for Mothers and Daughters

Come and Join this Free Workshop that will help with  opening the lines of communication between Mothers and Daughters

During this two and a half hour workshop we will do breathing exercise, beginner level yoga flow, beginner level partner yoga flow and face to face session to help mother and daughter understand or re establish the bond your to have .

**This workshop is not just for mothers and daughters, but Aunt and Niece, Grandmother and Granddaughter (ect), The daughter have to be 16 years of age or older

*** Light lunch will be provided afterwards****
