Join us for a night of girl on girl love.

Looking for love but not looking to date someone who never got to experience OKCupid when it was actually good & useful? If you find yourself constantly asking, "Where the hell are the queer women over 40?" Come meet your person! Or make friends with others looking for connection. 

This event is meant to help us get away from our screens and in person where we can skip the "is there chemistry" question. We'll have games to help everyone loosen up and unique ways to mix and match folks in the room for 1-1 conversations. The games will be meant to help you meet almost everyone in the room. The open mingling in the end will help you meet the rest. 

While we have gone nomadic, the vibes are still the same. We'll be in a downstairs private room offering privacy for us to keep the good times going. You won't be sitting all night, nor will you get lost in the corner of the room. Expect to interract with everyone in the room and engage in conversation that is meant to bring about actual connection! This is not your typical speed dating event.

Not looking for a romantic connection? Come and find a play partner or a new friend. Everything is welcome!

Tickets are $20 until the day of the event when they are $30.

What can you expect?

• The night will be broken into parts that each involve questions and games to help get the flow going. You'll be broken into groups of 2 or more and get to engage in connection or love. The night's intention is to help the entire group get to know one another.
  • We have a plenty of games that will be used to help with matching along with ice breakers used for the same purpose (matching people). All games will be done in order to help spark conversation, encourage playfulness, and keep the night fun!
  • For our second game, we ask that you bring something that says something about you. Your favorite book, something you collect, that poem that 100% speaks to who you are. Whatever it is, let it be something that reveals a bit of who you are.

• Expect to stay later than 9pm. You're welcome to leave, of course, no one is trapped. But after hosting several dating events, the usual thing that happens are that folks are comfortable, happy, and stay to continue chatting and connecting well past 9pm. Sometimes for another hour after.

Dress Code:

• We ask that folks dress nicely. This is a subjective word. So to help with that, we ask that you dress to impress. Dress as you would to attend a company event. Whether the company you think of is artistic or corporate, dress with intention and care. Pull out the fly top, the nice jeans, the sexy shoes. Come ready to meet your person! Have a question? Ask.
