After a 30 year hiatus, the Ian Date/George Washingmachine/Andrew Dickeson/Jonathan Zwartz Quartet is reforming for one night of music only, at Church St Studios.
There is a particular magic in this line up, - years of playing and musically growing together in all situations has left an indelible watermark on the music they produce, whether it's a Django Rhinehardt classic or a rare jazz standard, - you will hear the beauty and conversation of a true jazz quartet doing what they do best.
Cohesion, freedom, humour, and with a deft musicianship, this quartet brings to you their combined experience, love and respect for jazz.
