This very special Shamanic Journey will consist of:

-Qi Gong/Mindful Movement

-Sound Healing

-A powerful guided Breathwork

-Ice Bath (if you desire)

-Open fire (weather permitting)

This event will be approximately 3 hours in duration

I suggest taking the remainder of the afternoon off to integrate the deep lessons from your journey.
