The Ice Factor Spectacular is Adelaide’s biennial gala ball like no other – a dazzling night of glamour, purpose, and inspiration. This unforgettable evening raises vital funds for the Ice Factor program, an initiative transforming the lives of at-risk youth through the power of ice hockey.

At the heart of the Spectacular is a show-stopping, professionally choreographed fashion parade, where over 200 students from the program take to the runway – many for the first time – with confidence, pride, and unstoppable energy.

Every booking for a table of ten will receive a complementary tasting for 2 in the picturesque Wonder Room at Dandelion Vineyards.

The Ice Factor program isn’t just about skating or scoring goals. It’s about building teamwork, community spirit, and real-life skills that stay with these young people for life. Schools select students facing challenges like absenteeism, behavioural issues, or literacy struggles, and bring them into a supportive team environment where they learn to skate, build a team from scratch, and compete in school tournaments – all guided by accredited ice hockey coaches.

With your support, we can continue providing essential equipment, creating long-term engagement incentives, and helping these students stay connected to their school and community.

2025 marks a double milestone – the 10th anniversary of the Ice Factor Ball and 20 years of life-changing impact from the Ice Factor Program.
