La Senta presents
ICE-ING ON THE CAKE

ICE-ING ON THE CAKE returns after a sold-out debut in 2023.

Join us for a celebration of unexpected opera pieces. In a site-specific experience, Julia Child teaches us how to bake a chocolate cake via Lee Hoiby's Bon Appétit. While the cake is baking in the oven (yes, really!), we'll take a journey through odd classified ads with Gabriel Kahane's Craigslistlieder song cycle.

Directed by Dalia Sevilla
Music Direction by Alana Murphy

Craigslistlieder
