Breathwork and Ice-bath Mansfield
It's an incredible experience of being able to find the peace and calm in a stressful situation, the cold. You will realise how capable your body is, and we are actually made for this, dealing with extreme environments. This then has an overflow effect on your daily life and being able to deal with stress, just one of the many benefits!
I totally get it, I used to hate cold water, it would take me ages to get in and sometimes I just wouldn't get in. Over trial and error I found a way that worked for me and I am passionate that you will love the cold water as much as I do. I don't push you, I create a caring environment to empower you to make the choice to get in.
What to expect: We go over the benefits of breathwork and ice-baths, we will start with the breathwork where you lie down and I will guide you through the experience. After the breathing we will then individually immerse into the ice bath (always optional).
Contraindications: We advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. If you have high blood pressure and are medicated please consult your GP to see if this therapy is safe for you.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Warm clothes/blanket, sometimes its nice to have the blanket for the breathwork as some people get cold. On cooler days I wear warm clothes before and after the ice bath.

Please do not eat too heavily before the breathwork or the cold immersion.
