🧘🏻 What to expect

90 minutes of contrast therapy in a social environment. Jump in the ice then into the sauna, then back in the ice. Mix & mingle. Rinse & repeat. Plunge and Sauna up to 3 rounds. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for a quick intro.

🧳 What to bring

Bring your own water bottle, togs/suitable sauna clothing and a towel..... and of course positive energy.
