ICON INDIGENOUS STUDENT OPEN DAY 

Icon will be hosting an open day for any Indigenous students studying BCPM who are interested in gaining first hand exposure to a live construction project.

Itinerary:

• 9:00am - Presentation & Q&A – Including Morning Tea & Acknowledgement of Country. 
• 9:30am – Site tour.
• 10:00am – Final Questions.
  

The morning will include a presentation where students will have the opportunity to ask any questions about the project and working in the construction industry as a cadet. The students will then be taken on a site tour where they will witness works being undertaken and gain exposure to daily activities on a live project. The students will then again be presented the opportunity to ask Industry professionals any questions.  This is a fantastic opportunity for students to network and gain a further understanding into the industry and what being a cadet / graduate consists of. Icon welcomes any young Indigenous students who have a passion for construction to take this opportunity with both hands. 

Students need to organize their own travel.
