Is my ticket transferrable?
Tickets are transferrable, but new ticket holders' details must be updated to satisfy our contact tracing requirement. Click HERE for more information.

What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds. You can transfer your tickets to another person.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you do not require a printed ticket; you can download the Humanitix app to store your tickets electronically or present your emailed online ticket at the door. You will receive instructions on this with your ticket that is sent once purchased.
