Come along and celebrate International Day of People with Disability at Wyndham!
Natalie Ive is a person living with younger onset dementia/ primary progressive aphasia. Natalie believes that sharing her story is key to raising awareness of the challenges that she faces and also to be recognised for her many abilities.
Matthew Haanappel OAM has represented Australia at an International Level for 10 years as a Paralympian, and has achieved many medals and accolades along the way. He is a leader experienced in policy, project delivery and advocacy to achieve accessibility and equal opportunities for all.
Musical talent Miss Emilia is a weaver of sound and story – with heart. Step into a queer, disabled life lovingly tangled in soft poetry, shimmering reflections, and gentle musings. Her music wraps listeners in blankets of soul, jazz, and folk – inviting you to feel seen, soothed, and whole.
Guest speaker sessions commence at 12pm.
Alongside our guest speaker sessions and performances, explore our mini-market featuring talented local creatives living with disabilities, plus free and fun activities for all ages and abilities!
