Coffee is the inspiration for the class, but not in the mood for coffee on a Sunday afternoon? No problem. Every cocktail has a coffee and non-coffee version, and I’ll show you how to make both.

What You’ll Make

The Especial Martini
A Mexican vodka espresso martini with a silky texture and smooth, slightly sweet finish.

The Carajillo de Agave
A tequila-driven Carajillo-style cocktail with coffee, spice, and citrus brightness.

The Café de Maíz Old Fashioned
A rich Mexican whiskey Old Fashioned with coffee, roasted corn, and oak notes.
