Will Centurion talks about Building Creative Confidence!

Join Will in this FREE inspirational talk created for young performers aged 13 - 17, which looks at understanding anxiety and self-doubt, ways of coping with change and uncertainty, stopping self-sabotage, building creative confidence and using values as strengths.

After graduating from the Australian College of Applied Psychology, Will retired from the performing arts industry to focus on integrating his stage experience and knowledge of Psychology, to create mental health services that target the needs of Australian performers.

Using Integrated Therapies, Will helps young, creative minds navigate the many challenges of the arts industry, helping performers tackle issues such as performance anxiety, self-confidence issues, negative self-talk, goal setting and career transitioning.

This amazing experience will be held via zoom on Sunday, July 25, 3 pm – 4:30 pm AEST. Bookings are essential as places are limited.
