A competition like no other, spectators can expect brilliant singing and performances by local legends, and legends in the making. Each contestant will have a professional band to back them, and, as always, a crowd full of enthusiastic supporters in the audience.
Castlemaine Idyll is held at Lot 19 Art Space - a not-for-profit creative space and events venue committed to supporting local talent and the Mount Alexander Community. Castlemaine Idyll is an uplifting, collaborative community event which brings joy and connection to a wide cross section of our community.No BYO, no pets, no idiots.
Lot 19 will be adhering to Covid-safe guidelines, and ticket holders 16+ will be required to show that they are double-vaxxed. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to follow these, and any updates on the day. In event of cancellation (let's hope not!) - refunds will be issued.
Please note, this year we have introduced a "sliding scale" of ticket prices. Castlemaine Idyll is not only a fun event, but it also raises money for the community art and performance space that is Lot 19. If you are in a position to pay a higher ticket price, we would appreciate that gesture immensely, as it not only supports Lot 19, but helps ensure that Castlemaine Idyll returns again next year.
