Informative and interactive workshop on farm Health & Safety Planning and People & Team
By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:
Employment and Wellbeing
1. Understand the current culture of their workplace and ways to enhance it
2. Can identify ways to improve communication within their business, and with stakeholders
3. Know their obligations as employers of permanent and casual staff and how to meet them
4. Have a staff development plan, including induction and review processes
5. Actively check and improve wellbeing of family and team members
Health and Safety
By the end of the workshop participants:
1. Understand the ways to keep people in the business safe
2. Are able to identify and manage the farm risks in their business, and develop systems and records to show the process
This workshop will include refreshments and food.
