A little change of pace…

In the wake of Cyclone Alfred, many of us are feeling the ripple effects of chaos and uncertainty. It's times like these that remind us of the importance of community, resilience and self-care. And so after reading the collective energy, I've decided to transform my upcoming event into RESTORE (previously IGNITE), a haven for grounding, renewal and collective healing.

This special session is designed to help you reconnect with your inner calm and find balance following the storm. We'll be exploring three powerful modalities to nurture your body, mind and soul:

✨ Breathwork: A gentle yet profound practice to release tension, calm the nervous system and bring you back into your body. By focusing on the breath, we can quiet the mind and tap into our inner wisdom.

✨ Kundalini Energy Healing: This ancient practice will help clear energy stagnation, restore balance to your chakras, and awaken your inner energy. As Kundalini energy rises, it can lead to increased awareness, emotional healing, and spiritual growth.

✨ Sound Healing: Featuring crystal singing bowls, this sonic journey will envelop you in soothing vibrations, calming your mind and soothing your nervous system. Sound healing has been shown to reduce stress, promote deep relaxation, and even lower blood pressure.

To support our beautiful community during this challenging time, I’ve decided to extend the event at no extra cost and added sound healing to support our nervous systems.
