This is more than a course—it’s a structured, 12-week experience that balances insight and embodiment, imagination and implementation. Rooted in the science of human potential, strengths-based development, and the practice of placemaking, this program invites you to reimagine both personal and collective potential.

Hosted by The Future of Flourishing in collaboration with Town Team Movement, the experience blends evolutionary biology, systems thinking, cognitive science, philosophy, music, embodied practice, and place-based action.

Together, we’ll move from self-discovery to place-led impact—designing real-world initiatives, community moments, and regenerative patterns that help people and places flourish together.

Program Flow: 12-Week Learning & Integration Arc

Week 1 – Orientation: Mapping the Landscape
Meet your guides (Clare Sarah Goodridge, Jimmy Murphy & Dean Cracknell) and begin exploring the interconnected terrain of personal, social, and place-based flourishing.

Week 2 – Integration: Reflect & Ground
Use tools and practices to reflect on your current landscape—inner and outer—and begin documenting the seeds of your personal and place-led flourishing path.

Week 3 – Explore
Discover your unique strengths, stories, and passions. Connect these with your social ecology, community identity, and the power of local narratives.

Week 4 – Integration: Field Inquiry & Dialogue
Use this week to observe your environment, journal insights, and deepen understanding through conversation with others in your community or cohort.

Week 5 – Ignite
Spark your imagination through awe, curiosity, and play. Clarify your purpose, emotional drivers, and creative possibilities.

Week 6 – Integration: Creative Practice
Translate inspiration into creative sketches, maps, or early-stage concepts for how your ideas might come alive in the world.

Week 7 – Create
Practice embodied flow, integrate cognitive and somatic awareness, and explore immersion as a tool for innovation and healing.

Week 8 – Integration: Prototyping for Flow
Design a simple ritual, prototype, or practice that helps you or others access states of aliveness and engagement.

Week 9 – Impact
Connect your inner work with external systems. Identify leverage points for contribution—locally or globally—and explore how your gifts can serve real change.

Week 10 – Integration: Place-Based Action
Design a small-scale initiative, placemaking concept, or collective action that bridges vision with place and people.

Week 11 – Synthesis & Story
Bring together your journey through collective storytelling, deep listening, and narrative reflection. Align insights into a clear, values-based direction.

Week 12 – Integration & Application
Present your ideas or prototypes, receive feedback, and craft a commitment plan for how you’ll carry your practice of flourishing forward in real life and real places.
