Igniting Leadership Program combines contemporary leadership principles (mindsets) with a range of tools (skill sets) to equip leaders for the complex challenges and expectations they face – from understanding themselves to managing their own teams and to engaging with and influencing the wide variety of stakeholders and situations that constitute today’s work life and leadership.

It is an excellent program for Novice and experienced managers alike to build their leadership skills. The mix of leadership principles and practical tools in this program introduces a conceptual framework – and the practical tools to bring it to life - that can continue to shape participants’ leadership in positive ways as they develop the skills and apply them in real-life situations.
