Event description

"Only love, yes, true love and devotion brightly burn forever" (Countess Susanna to Count Gil)​

Susanna has a secret. When her husband isn't home, she smokes cigarettes. Alison also has a secret. When her husband isn't home she has an affair with the local priest. At the open of our 2021 Season, Concordia Ensemble will explore two women and the secrets that break or make their marriage.  

This performance will be presented in concert as the first instalment of our 2022 Salon Series @ St Stephen’s
