Join us for an intimate winter evening celebrating exceptional Canterbury wine, seasonal flavours and the cosy atmosphere of ilex after dark.

In collaboration with Pegasus Bay, you'll be guided through a curated flight of premium wines, each thoughtfully paired with a small plate by the ilex kitchen. As the tasting concludes, settle in with a glass of your favourite pour, soak up the candlelit ambience and enjoy vintage vinyl selections from Pegasus Bay's Mike Donaldson aka DJ Teflon Don.

Overlooking the Botanic Gardens nursery, the café will be transformed for one evening only with dimmed lights, flickering candles and warm hospitality. The perfect setting to gather with friends or enjoy a memorable date night.
