Come join Bess and a collective of incredible Breathwork, Sound and Energy space holders, for an evening of Connection, Self Discovery & Transformation.

What to Expect:

This journey is an invitation to open your heart, discover your breath, and activate your most authentic self. Through the sacred medicine of cacao, guided breathwork, and a sound journey with multiple facilitators for integration.

Opening:

Together we will connect with likeminded souls, honour the land and all lineages within the space. Opening a safe container for deep transformation.

Cacao Ceremony:

We will drop into our hearts with a nourishing Cacao Ceremony, setting intentions aligned with the New Moon in Scorpio encouraging deep introspection and renewal, focusing on transforming your inner world and personal evolution.

Cacao is a sacred plant medicine which has been used for thousands of years in ceremony and in Ancient Mayan culture is referred to as the ‘Food of the Gods’. Cacao has many health benefits and is one of the highest forms of magnesium, assisting with relaxing the body and opening your heart up for this journey.

Guided Breathwork:

The Bess Life, Chris from Aligned Breathwork and Jasmine from The Bloom Breath.

Will guide us through a transformative Rebirthing Breathwork journey to open you up to new possibilities by breathing consciously.

On the physical level, deep diaphragmatic breathing allows oxygen to reach your cells and organs, increasing your energy and helping to detoxify and cleanse your bodies.

On the mental-emotional level, it helps reduce stress and promote feelings of calm and peace.

On the spiritual level, full, conscious connected breathing can help you connect with your higher selves and tap into your innate wisdom.

Sound Journey:

The Bess Life, Emmalene from Sounds By Emmalene and Sophie from Solfa Frequency.

Will guide us into deep relaxation and soften the heart to listen to what you are truly longing for at this moment in time. The vibrations will open up space help see something new about yourself, your life, and your path.

Crystal singing and Tibetan bowls, soothing vocals, shamanic drums, gongs, wind chimes, vocals, will guide you into a space of deep integration.

Space Angels:

With the nourishing and assisting hands of Rani Sabarmanti, Chrissie Alexander and Ira Sun will be holding the space with their Reiki Mastery and Shamanic Practices.

With-in The Illuminate Collective, we have masters in their fields and we lovingly share what has helped us on our self-discovery journeys, so more people can awaken to their true selves.
