We will be sharing a cacao ceremony with intention setting, ecstatic dance journey and sound healing with various instruments. ECSTATIC DANCE

A conscious movement practice that invites people to unwind and open to inner wisdom and medicine that our bodies carry. Dance, Music, Breath and Cacao Medicine are the core of these ceremonies catalysing ecstatic states, where conscious mind limitations dissolve, opening the doors to the vast subconscious intelligence. It is an opportunity to connect deeply with self and others in fun ways words cannot express. A gracious experience to meet yourself as you are and open a space where you can see beyond who you think you are.

CACAO

Together we will drink a cacao elixir, giving ourselves the opportunity to enter into the stillness and wisdom of our being. This journey will offer a space to develop self-awareness, be moved by deep emotions, expand your intuitive awareness and align your actions with your intentions.

SOUND CEREMONY

We will receive the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments, bringing space to cultivate relaxation, presence and to integrate these high vibrational states before floating on out. The bowls frequencies permeate at a cellular level providing many benefits such as deep relaxation, improved circulation, increased blood flow, reduced: stress, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, pain and more. Each bowl is tuned to a specific chakra to clear energy channels for full body healing. Attendees often leave feeling euphoric, peaceful, connected and overflowing with love and gratitude.

FACILITATORS

Music by Mantravine (Singapore www.mantravine.com) and Circada (Australia https://soundcloud.com/circada) who will provide a fusion of tribal world music, electro swing, medicinal frequencies and more! We begin slow and increase the vibes to reach a peak of fast tempo and back to slow down and into the laying down sound healing to finish.

Freea (The Bliss Temple) loves sacred space to bring awareness, presence and understanding of our hearts wisdom to deepen our connection to ourselves, each other and the divine.

BRING

Please bring water & an open heart. It is recommended not to have a heavy meal or too much coffee beforehand so the cacao and practices can work to their full effect.
