Presenter Bios:

Lauren Cox is an internationally certified coach and founder of Wholehearted Journeys. She brings her unique experience as a physiotherapist and university lecturer to her workshops - layering science and spirituality. She loves creating workshops and experiences to empower people with knowledge and skills to make changes in their life, and continue to learn and grow.

Hannah Davidson is a 200hr trained yoga teacher, with a passion for helping students tune in to their own inner guidance - on and off the mat. Hannah combines her trained style of, Vinyasa, with the energetic waves of the moon / individual practitioner. Yoga is the perfect way to let go of your every day pressures and bring you in to the present moment.
