Illuminate The Journey

Illuminate the Journey is a free, ten-day community experience celebrating everything that makes Long Park and the Oats Street Station Precinct a vibrant local destination.

Presented by the Public Transport Authority (PTA) and METRONET, the program showcases the precinct’s sport, fitness, cultural and leisure spaces, inviting the community to explore, connect and enjoy the area in a whole new way.

Across both weekends, visitors can enjoy live music, food trucks, BMX demonstrations, basketball clinics and outdoor fitness sessions. Each evening throughout the event period, the precinct will come alive with dazzling light installations, including interactive LED video cubes, shadow play, a rainbow walk and more!
