Wholehearted Journeys and Wholesome Han presents: Illuminate Your Reality

What if you could change the way you see the world? What if you could harness the power of your mind?

In every moment, we are exposed to millions of pieces of information and our mind filters this to less then a hundred pieces of data per second. The impact of this is.. our reality and how we perceive it can change depending on our experiences and what we choose to focus on! This is pretty incredible!

Do you have someone in your life that always sees the positive in every situation? Or someone who appears to always find the negatives in the world around them? This is based on what we choose to focus on! Did you ever decide you wanted a purple car? And then you saw it everywhere? This is the power of the mind!

Learn how to harness this and create a reality of your choosing!
