This is an art project, a shamanic prayer and a regenerative planting event.

Inspired by indigenous cultures who work with land intuitively and the increasingly obvious climate change impacts, Earth Prayer is an event for radical action, to replant and regenerate farm land with Natives trees, honouring the Indigenous landscape and supporting natural ecology.

It is a call to action, positive activism for the community to come together and seed a new world.

We know that what we plant on this day, will, in years to come, support natural wildlife, create more ecosystems and encourage native Australian animals back into the area.

Our goal is to plant 1000 trees - more is better though!!

We will open the weekend with a drop in, a mass human art installation through the Seed of Life sacred geometric pattern created through the placement of you, all people who choose to participate.

After the drop in, we will move towards planting trees selected specifically to support the natural ecology of the land in the Macedon Ranges region. All vegetation selected will be native and indigenous to the area.

This is an opportunity for you to plant out and regenerate land that has been farmed and used as grazing land for many generations.

A weekend event to come together collectively, tune into the frequencies of love, regeneration, devotion to earth and activism, creating a human art installation whose energy will ripple out into the world through art, facilitating radical action and greater momentum towards climate positive actions.

This is an opportunity to contribute to the turning of tides away from the raping of the earth and destruction of nature and towards a deep love and reverence for life and what we are creating for our future generations.

The custodian of this land Is Justin West. It is located in the Northern foothills of the Macedon Ranges near Lancefield, an area significant to indigenous communities for the Mt William greenstone quarry. His desire is to begin regeneration of this land as a contribution to efforts against climate change and generations of land use for commercial purposes in this region. This event is the beginning of a new chapter for this land.

SATURDAY:

Arrival and Registration: 9-930am

Opening Circle: 10am

Tree Planting: 12pm

Evening Gathering: 5pm

SUNDAY:

Working Bee: 9:30am-1pm

Specifically this event will be a one-day event with limited two-day tickets for those who feel strongly to camp on the land, all ages are welcome (children up to 13 for free or you can donate to include the purchase of a tree for them, recommendation $10)

One Day Price: $60

All full price tickets include your place within the human art installation, a digital copy of the artwork and 3 x tree/plant to be planted on the day

Two Day camping overnight: : $110

Includes 3 x trees and overnight camping (byo tent, camping stuff & food) Limited places available for this, so please feel into whether you are drawn to stay on the land overnight.

- Purchase extra 3 x plants: $25

- Purchase extra 10 x plants: $70
