Seats for this upcoming meet-up are now full!

Join us for an afternoon of connection and conversation for our upcoming I'm Adopted community meet-up.

This event is an opportunity for adoptees to come together, share their experiences, and meet others who are also part of our community.

📅 Date: 23 August 2026
📍 Location: Piwakawaka Room, The Pavilion, Hamilton Gardens
⏰ Time: 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM
What To Bring: Please bring a plate of food to share! To avoid double-ups, let us know what you’re bringing when you grab your ticket.

We are having a smaller amount of seats for this meet-up, so please be sure to secure your seat as soon as you can.

Conditions: This is a space for adoptees to connect with others who share similar experiences in a relaxed and comfortable setting. While this event is for adoptees, you’re welcome to bring a support person—just let us know when booking your ticket so we can plan for numbers.

Hosted by adoptees Valentina Burgess and Alex Gilbert, this informal gathering is a great opportunity to meet fellow adoptees, share experiences, and build new connections.

Whether you’ve been part of I'm Adopted for years or are new to the community, we’d love to see you there

We ask that you please provide a small Koha when getting your ticket. This helps us cover our venue costs. This is always appreciated.

Strictly No Alcohol (Hamilton Gardens is strictly not a BYO venue).
Please note that access to the gardens is separate and not included with this meet-up.
