A beautiful creative restorative and empowering workshop for women aged 16 upwards.

Are you:

• struggling with body image?
• thirsty to express and live in your body with more ease, grace, and freedom?
• ready to re-connect more to your divine genuine essence; the beautiful feminine being that you are?

If so, this 1-day workshop will provide you with a safe, sacred and creative place to connect and relax into who you truly are. Together, we will journey towards enhancing self-knowledge, self-compassion and self-acceptance while painting a life size self-portrait. The beauty of this workshop is you do not need to know anything about art! You will be held gently as you explore, express, discover, reflect, and inspire SELF-LOVE. And, yes, there is FUN too!
