The Zonta Club of Cairns Inc., in collaboration with Empowering Women Empowering Communities (EWEC), is proud to present the inaugural Imagine the Possibilities… #choosetochallenge Masquerade Ball on Saturday, 13th March 2021 at the Pullman Cairns International.
A night of glitz and glamour will be held in honour of International Women’s Day (8th March, 2021), and the theme for 2021 is Choose to Challenge. This fundraising ball will aim to highlight the challenges faced by many women in disadvantaged communities, and generate awareness of two organisations that seek to address these challenges.
The evening will consist of a range of entertainment from local groups and individuals, and will see personal stylist and radio personality, Gerlinda Stella MC the evening.
Attendees will be treated to a three-course dinner and a four hour drinks package. The ticket price will also include a handmade, one-of-a-kind mask, made by the ladies at the Women's Yarning Place.
Funds raised from this event will be used to support valuable Zonta projects in the community, and the Women’s Yarning Place.
