I'm Fine. Just Busy.

A free 45-minute online conversation for women

How many times have you said, “I'm fine, just busy” lately?

And the thing is, you probably are fine.

You're working, making decisions, meeting deadlines, looking after people and doing all the things that need doing. You're capable, responsible and somehow you keep everything moving.

But I wonder what's going on underneath all of that.

Does your brain ever really switch off? Are you always thinking about what needs to happen next, what you've forgotten, who needs something from you or what still hasn't been done?

Perhaps you've been finding it harder to sleep, second-guessing decisions or noticing that your patience isn't quite what it used to be.

Have you become so accustomed to feeling tired, mentally stretched and constantly “on” that somewhere along the way it's simply become normal?

That's the conversation I'd like to have with you.

I'm inviting you to join me for a free 45-minute online session where we can step off the hamster wheel for a little while and explore what's happening underneath all the doing.

I'm not going to give you another list of things you should be doing or tell you how to manage your time better. You're probably already very good at getting things done.

I'm more interested in how you're actually experiencing your life. In how you are, really.

What can you expect from our time together?

I'll guide you through a few simple reflection exercises to explore what you're carrying, what it might be costing you, where you are in all of this and what could be different.

There'll be opportunities for conversation and private reflection. You can share as much or as little as you like, and you're welcome to leave your camera off.

The aim is to help you gain a clearer understanding of what you've been carrying, how it may be affecting you and a practical way to navigate things a little differently.

Before you decide you're too busy...

Perhaps you're thinking, “This sounds lovely, but I'll do something like this when things settle down.”

How long have you been saying that?

There will always be another deadline, another responsibility or someone else who needs you. And somewhere amongst all of that, you keep putting yourself off.

But what if things don't settle down anytime soon?

You don't have to wait until you're exhausted or overwhelmed to make some room for yourself.

If you're always too busy to stop, perhaps these are 45 minutes worth making time for.

I'd love you to join me.
