Our Intention:
To disconnect from our busy schedules, the to-do lists, the fast-paced world we live in..
To take time to slow down and embark on a journey that brings us back into connection with nature, our circadian rhythms, and a deeper presence - our true essence.
In the experienced care of Chelsea Mazzini and Kade Fallins and in collaboration with K7 adventures, we will journey into the far regions of the Snowy Mountains to leave the normal world behind. Both Chelsea and Kade being Breathwork Instructors & Life-Enhancement Enthusiasts among other things, there is never a dull moment and much insight and wisdom is shared.
This is a pristine 4 day hike with the best sites and experiences the Snowy Mountains has to offer. We will be challenged physically, emotionally and mentally as we hike these beautiful, powerful mountains.
There will be plenty of space for rest and reflection, as we look within.
And of course, we will immerse ourselves in ice cold lakes and enter the world of Breathwork and Qi Gong. These powerful practices will assist us to let go, shed layers and drop deeply into the moment.
As mentioned, we will be accompanied by our expert Mountain Guide from K7 Adventures. This region is their backyard and they are rich with stories and knowledge of the land to share, along with an impeccable eye for both safety and curiosity.
This is an incredible journey, full of breath-taking vista's that truly highlight this beautiful country we live in.
We will summit the two highest mountains in Australia, plus visit the shores of the prettiest glacial lake in the Snowies.
The hike from the summit of Mt Townsend down to Lake Albina overlooks some of the most spectacular country on the western fall of the mountains. These are moments you will remember for the rest of your life.
We are offering a limited number of spaces to keep this journey intimate, while also ensuring it is accessible, so please don’t wait if you feel the call. Spaces fill quickly and some training is required.
All your food and expert guidance is included in the trip cost.
You will be required to bring your own hiking/camping gear, for which we have a list.
Hiring or borrowing gear are also great options that many choose to take.
