The Journey:

We will journey into the far regions of the Snowy Mountains, carrying everything we need for 4 days away from civilisation.

We will journey and summit our highest peaks, while immersing into Nature & ourselves.

We will explore the most spectacular scenery the Snowy Mountains has to offer, highlighting this beautiful country we live in.

We will be challenged physically, emotionally and mentally as we hike these beautiful mountains as a family.

We will immerse ourselves in ice cold waters and enter the world of Breathwork and Qi Gong to assist us in letting go, shedding layers and dropping deeply into the moment.

Disconnect to Reconnect:

There will be plenty of space for rest and reflection as we look within.

We will disconnect from our busy schedules, the to-do lists, the fast-paced world we are consumed by..

We will take time to slow down and embark on a journey that brings us back into connection with nature, our circadian rhythms, and a deeper presence - our true essence.
