Welcome to our very first two-day immersion; a transformative two-day experience that will reconnect you with the natural world and foster harmony between your body, mind, and soul happening at our wonderful and joyous space, The Prana Farm.

"Immersion Into The Elements" is a unique event that combines the healing power of Zenthai Massage and the fluidity of Yoga Flow to guide participants on a journey of self-discovery and elemental embodiment. In this blog, we invite you to dive into the magical world of the five elements as we embrace the wisdom of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space.

IMMERSION INTO THE ELEMENTS: WHAT TO EXPECT IN DAY 1 AND DAY 2

Here’s a quick summary of what to expect and takeaways from the two day retreat with our Senior Yoga Teacher and a highly experienced, Zenthai Therapist and Trainer, Shane Turner.

Day 1: Earth, Metal & Water - Finding Grounding, Simplifying with Precision and Yielding to the strength of our Essence.

On the first day of this immersive experience, we delve into the foundational elements of Earth, Metal and Water. Through a dedicated Yoga Flow practice inspired by each element and guided by Shane, participants will flow through sequences that mimic the intelligence each of these natural forms. Along with correlations to acupressure points, meridian lines, major organs and corresponding emotional responses you will learn to then layer all this through a simple yet powerful guided Zenthai Shiatsu sequence to connect to each Element and begin restoring harmony to the body.

Day 2: Wood and Fire - Without Force, Purification and Clarity

The second day takes us on a journey through the elements of Wood and Fire. You will have the opportunity to further refine the seeing and embodying of the Whole as we again dive deep into study and play of Zenthai Shiatsu. In the morning session participants will experience the freeing up of stagnant, stuck energy in order to support a greater sense of adaptiblity and of both body and mind through the Wood Element yoga and massage sessions.

The transformative power of Fire through yoga flow and invigorating Zenthai Massage techniques are the final component in the module. Fire represents passion, transformation, and vitality. The massage session aims to awaken the inner flame, restoring clarity and allowing room for the celebration of this life!
