Start your day by receiving a Yangaro Wellness Pack as you arrive at the serene Yangaro Clubhouse. The day kicks off with an energizing HIIT exercise session on the front lawn led by fitness coach Sam Springbett, followed by a chance to rejuvenate with Clubhouse Thermal Therapies or optional spa treatments, all while enjoying a refreshing grazing morning tea, featuring luxurious, wholesome food catered by Coastal Food Design.

After a leisurely break, indulge in a nourishing long lunch amidst the Estate’s manicured gardens, with Coastal Food Design curating a sumptuous, health-conscious menu that blends taste and vitality. As the afternoon unfolds, take part in a guided breathwork session followed by an insightful seminar on practical tools to reset the nervous system, concluding with a delectable afternoon tea.

To close the day, Leah will guide you through a deeply relaxing Calm Flow yoga session, paired with soothing sound healing, leaving you balanced, renewed, and fully restored.
