Led by our onsite yoga instructor and Guest Services Manager, Leah Leaver, escape the demands of daily life and immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature at the Immersion Retreat at Yangaro: A One-Day Holistic Retreat. Nestled in the tranquil beauty of Funnel Bay of Airlie Beach, this transformative experience is designed to help you reset your nervous system and restore balance to your body and mind.

Start your day by receiving a Yangaro Wellness Pack as you arrive at the serene Yangaro Clubhouse. The day kicks off with an energizing HIIT exercise session on the front lawn led by fitness coach Sam Springbett, followed by a chance to rejuvenate with Clubhouse Thermal Therapies or optional spa treatments, all while enjoying a refreshing grazing morning tea, featuring luxurious, wholesome food catered by Coastal Food Design.

After a leisurely break, indulge in a nourishing long lunch amidst the Estate’s manicured gardens, with Coastal Food Design curating a sumptuous, health-conscious menu that blends taste and vitality. As the afternoon unfolds, take part in a guided breathwork session followed by an insightful seminar on practical tools to reset the nervous system, concluding with a delectable afternoon tea.
