WHAT IS IMMERSIVE D20?: An intimate tabletop gaming experience hosted by professional Dungeon Masters, Immersive D20 is a monthly table top one-shot experience hosted by Otherworld Theatre, a Chicago-based theater company specializing in producing theatrical works of science fiction and fantasy. 

• INTIMATE: Each table will hold the maximum of 5 Players
  
• ROLEPLAY: Our games are focused on storytelling, character development, and interpersonal interactions over combat. Our one-shots will provided opportunities for Players to engage in complex narratives and make meaningful decisions that impact the story.
• IMMERSIVE: Each campaign will be elevated by decor, lighting, and soundscapes. 
• DINNER: Dinner and two drink tickets are included in the experience!
• CREATIVITY & COSPLAY: Create your own level one character! We also highly encourage you to come dressed as your character!
• COMMUNITY: Forge bonds with a diverse community of fellow adventurers who share your passion for epic storytelling. Collaborate, strategize, and build unforgettable memories together. All Players will have access to our Immersive D20 Discord to keep the friendships lively!

At Immersive D20, we prioritize the safety and comfort of our players. We incorporate tabletop roleplaying mechanics like the X-card, Lines, and Veils to ensure a respectful and enjoyable gaming environment. The X-card allows players to signal discomfort or trigger warnings, ensuring that any content causing discomfort can be swiftly addressed or modified. Lines and Veils help define boundaries and set clear expectations, ensuring that certain topics are either avoided entirely (Lines) or approached with care and sensitivity (Veils). Our commitment to these safety tools creates a space where all players can engage in immersive storytelling with confidence and peace of mind. 

We educate every Player at our tables in the first 15 minutes how to use this mechanics, so it is imperative that all Players arrive promptly.
