Across air, earth, water and fire, the evening unfolds through a considered progression of flavour, sound, light, visuals and atmosphere - each element shaping the next.

Created for a limited number of guests, the experience brings together 9 courses, curated drink pairings, projection and light, sound design and sensory detail to create something far beyond dinner.

You won't simply sit down to eat.

You'll move through the elements.
