- Where do I park?
Convenient parking is available throughout downtown Cincinnati, all within a short walk of Mercantile Immersive.

Central Riverfront Garage (10-minute walk)
Numerous privately operated garages and surface lots are also located along 4th Street, Main Street, and Sycamore Street.
Street Parking
Metered street parking is available throughout the Central Business District. Payment can be made by credit card or through the city's mobile parking app where available. Rates and enforcement hours vary by location, so please check posted signage.Rideshare
Uber and Lyft pickups and drop-offs can be made directly outside the venue on East 4th Street. - What entrance do I use?
Enter through the Mercantile Building doors on East 4th Street. If multiple events are taking place in the building, our team will direct you to the correct location.
- When should I arrive?
Doors typically open 30 minutes before the scheduled event start time unless otherwise noted on your ticket. We encourage guests to arrive early to allow time for parking, check-in, and to enjoy the full experience.
- Is there an accessible entrance?
Our accessible entrance is located at 115 E. 5th Street. If you require accessible entry, please contact us in advance to arrange our complimentary concierge service. A member of our team will meet you at the entrance and assist you to Mercantile Immersive.
- Do I need to bring my ID?
Yes. This is a 21+ event, and all guests must present a valid, government-issued photo ID upon entry. Admission and alcohol service are subject to age verification in accordance with Ohio law. Guests who are unable to provide valid identification may be denied entry and will not be served alcoholic beverages.
- What if I have specific allergies that require accomodation?
Yes. After purchasing your ticket, you'll have the opportunity to complete an optional guest questionnaire where you can let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
While providing this information is optional, we can only accommodate allergies and dietary needs that are communicated to us in advance. Requests made on the day of the event may not be able to be accommodated.
