Immersive Sound bath

We invite you to basque in the healing frequencies of the crystal and Himalayan bowls. Accompanied by gongs, rainsticks, pala seeds,drums, and more. Each sound bath is a unique and intuitive offering.

Spaces are limited for in-person sound baths of up to 16 people.

Feel free to bring your own mat/cushion, pillows, blankets, eye covers, and whatever else makes you comfortable for lying on the ground for an hour.

Some yoga mats available and some chairs available. There are stairs to the space. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
