Impact Story Lab is not just a place to bring your laptop and get some work done. It’s a place where impact creators, storytellers, community builders, organisations and curious people come together to exchange knowledge, share skills and ideas, and help each other grow.

💻 From 9 am | Co-Working + Open House

Settle in and work from the Lab, meet the community, explore the space and discover what’s possible here.

Throughout the day, you can cowork, connect with others, tour the Lab and chat with our team about events, workshops, podcasting, production and partnerships.
Who it’s for

We're bringing a festive twist to our Impact Co-Working Day!

Join us for the Global Makers Christmas Market, featuring a selection of Fair Trade and ethically sourced products that make meaningful Christmas gifts.

Discover unique gifts, meet purpose-driven businesses and learn the stories behind the products and the people who make them. Every purchase supports fair livelihoods, ethical trade, and communities around the world.

🎤 Lunchtime Chat: Stories Behind the Stalls

The journeys, values and stories behind each business.

Join us for a special lunchtime conversation with our stallholders as we explore what inspired them to start their businesses, the values that guide their work and the people and communities behind their products.

It's an opportunity to connect with the people behind the stalls and discover how their businesses are creating positive impact.

🍲 12:00 - 1:00 pm | Community Lunch

Time to put the laptops away and gather around the table.

Join us over lunch for an informal shared meal, this time catered by Jeevi the Laughing Chef.

Jeevi 'the Laughing Chef' will be catering a delicious vegetarian lunch. You can choose to contribute $25 if you would like to share food or BYO.

It's a great chance to meet everyone in the room, hear what people are working on and make new connections.

Lunch is available as an optional add-on when booking.

🎙️3 - 4PM | Info Session: Audio & Video Podcast Program

Thinking about starting a podcast series but not sure where to start? Drop into this short info session to hear how the Audio & Video Podcast Program works, from planning your first episode through to recording it at the Lab. We'll also take you through our new podcast studio so that you can see the space and setup for yourself.
