Emma Huber is the proud creator, owner and head baker behind Millers' Local Bakehouse, loved by the people of Wollongong and surrounds, and recently featured as one of The Sydney Morning Herald's top bakeries in regional NSW. They are best known for their almond croissants, sourdough bread and gelato, amongst the many delightful treats that show up daily.

Phil Preston is a speaker, facilitator and event host who works at the intersection of business, leadership and society. He’s the author of Connecting Profit with Purpose, co-founder of Impact Hour and the co-founder of Purpose Ignition, a community of senior leaders championing purpose in business.
