Do you know which parts of your organisation are delivering maximum impact, or where should you invest resources? If that question keeps you up at night, then this fast-paced session is for you.

Join us as we lift the lid on the why, what, and how of impact measurement inside large, multi-practice organisations. We’ll unpack the real-world framework co-created by the Social Impact Hub and The Benevolent Society—Australia’s oldest charity, which was founded in 1813 and now supports tens of thousands of people each year across ageing, disability, and family services. You’ll see how a 200-year-old organisation cuts through complexity to track outcomes and channel resources where they matter most—and how you can learn from their playbook.

What to expect

• A step-by-step case study of the Benevolent Society's new impact framework—challenges, wins, and all.

• The essential standards and tools every complex organisation should know (and a few myths cheerfully busted)

• Why the Benevolent Society decided to invest in this work and the difference it has made to their internal decision making and external communications

• Straight answers to the questions teams actually ask:
- When do you bring the board and frontline staff into the process?

- How long does it really take to build a usable system?

- Is it worth the effort? (Spoiler: absolutely.)

Whether you’re an impact lead, program director, or CFO with a conscience, you'll leave with clear insights about how a complex organisation navigates developing and embedding impact measurement practices, and the inspiration to follow suit.

Places are limited. Secure yours today and turn measurement into momentum.
