Event description

Impact Measurement and Management for Organisations: 27 November 2020, 9.30am - 12.30pm (Albany)

Demonstrating and articulating positive social impact is an important theme for consumers, corporates, and indeed every sector in 2020.

In this masterclass we will explore the development of tailored and streamlined impact indicators for measuring organisational impact, delving into the relevant pieces of a suite of measurement frameworks and methodologies including:

  • The language and framework of using outcomes through program logic and theory of change,
  • Choosing appropriate indicators to measure your work,
  • Methodologies and tools including Results based accountability (RBA), Most Significant Change (MSC), Social Return on Investment (SROI),
  • How to use the WA Outcomes Measurement Framework, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) or other international and national frameworks to benefit your organisational measurement practice.

This webinar is tailored for NFP organisations and social enterprises.

Tickets are subsidised due to generous support - book early to avoid missing out!

Supported by Junto Dinner Club.

Note: we are also holding a Social Enterprise Development workshop in Denmark on the 26 November. If you want to attend both workshops, you can purchase the 'package' option on the ticketing page.
