Galilee School warmly invites parents and caregivers to an insightful information session exploring the impact of digital distractions on today’s youth.
With the rapid growth of technology and screen time, young people face unique challenges to their emotional, mental, and physical health. Kylie, our Head of Student Support, will guide us through these pressing issues, addressing how digital platforms can influence well-being, from sleep quality and screen addiction to relationships with family and friends.
We are also delighted to welcome guest speaker Markus from Relationships Australia, who will share his personal journey and provide valuable insights into the gaming world. His expertise, combined with Kylie’s knowledge, will offer a balanced perspective on supporting young people to make healthier choices in their digital lives.
Join us in this supportive space as we learn practical tips and discuss strategies to guide our teens toward mindful technology use.
