You don't have to be perfectly sustainable, you just have to be committed to trying. These workshops are designed to upskill, inspire and make you feel good about your imperfectly sustainable journey. You'll get better at reducing your waste, growing some food and nurturing your home eco-practices.

This month is Pest Management in the Organic Food Garden Ecosystem:

Did you know that you don’t have to kill anything to grow great food? Learn how to live in harmony with a diversity of animals in your edible garden, and still get plenty to eat.

At this workshop you’ll learn:

• To identify some common critters that might visit your edible garden
• A range of things you can do to manage pests without resorting to killing them
• A whole new way of looking at your garden as a diverse thriving ecosystem

It’s a hands-on workshop including identification and discovery of garden critters, preparing and planting out a critter friendly productive garden ecosystem.

Booking essential – limited to 20 places for each group only.

What to bring: BYO keep cup and reusable water bottle etc. Close-toed shoes. Sun protection.

In the case of wet weather, indoor activities may replace the outdoor elements.
