Description
Are We Outsourcing Our Brains? AI and the Neuroscience of Staying Sharp
As AI reshapes how we work, learn, and even think, a real question is emerging: what's happening to our brains when we let technology do the heavy lifting?
In this session, Alessandra will unpack the neuroscience of how your brain adapts, rewires, and, if you're not careful, gradually declines. She'll reveal what really changes in the brain from your forties onwards, why it matters more than most people realise, and what the latest research says about AI's surprising effect on memory, attention, and critical thinking.
Part science, part wake-up call, and full of moments that'll make you rethink how you use AI, you'll leave seeing your own brain differently and knowing exactly why it matters.
